Thank you so much!!!!!! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my girlfriend on line the night before, and they had it made and delivered to where my fiancee works the same day!!!!. I called to follow up and spoke to one of the staff. They were very polite and professional!!!! My fiancee loved the beautiful flowers!!!! I want to thank you again. I ordered this arrangement for my aunts 94th birthday! She commented for two weeks how beautiful and wonderful they smelled. Next week she turns 95 and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I received a floral arrangement from my love on Valentine’s Day. The next day it was dead. I call Janet up on Saturday morning and she willing apologize and ask if she could fix me another arrangement at no charge! Family Floral provided the flower arrangements for my father's funeral. They delivered the casket cover to the funeral home even though it was outside of their delivery zone. The service was beyond our expectations and they were all so very kind and considerate of our delicate state. This rather difficult time was made a little easier by the staff at Family Floral. It was a comforting experience and the floral arrangements were beautiful.

Knew today was my parents anniversary but with all the Rangers hype and excitement of the World Series I failed to realize it was NOT just an anniversary but their 50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. I was in a panic and around noon called Cassidy to see if they would be able to send a nice arrangement out to my parents house. Nothing like "last minute"! Not only were they delivered around 3pm, BUT they were GORGEOUS AND SO BIG THE DRIVER HAD TO CARRY THEM IN THE HOUSE FOR MY MOM WHO IS 90 YEARS YOUNG! This will be my go-to Florist from now on.

Woke up this morning LATE and knew it was my parents anniversary BUT with all the World Series hype and excitement, my siblings and I DID NOT realize it was our parents 50Tth WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. Called Cassidy at Family Floral in a panic and asked if they could fix up a nice, big arrangement for us. Didn't even call until noon and by 3pm they were delivered. So big the delivery driver had to carry them in the house because my mom is 90 years young and could not have managed them. Absolutely gorgeous, and saved us at the last minute to boot. They will be my go-to florist from now on.
